In reviewing the data collected through FinalForms, it was found that we had an issue with the information that was collected on the Education Benefits form. This information is used to determine how funding is calculated for many of the grants and programs that we participate in. We have cleared out the information in this form and we are asking that everyone please use the link below to log back into FinalForms and make sure that all parts of the Education Benefits form are filled out. Please make sure to sign the form when completed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to fill this form out again. This is a time sensitive issue and your attention to this is greatly appreciated!

Michigan Apple Crunch Day at MPHS!
We celebrated Michigan Apple Crunch Day, an annual event that highlights the importance of healthy eating and supports local agriculture. On this day, students and staff across the state took a bite out of delicious, locally grown Michigan apples simultaneously to promote fresh produce and nutrition awareness.
At Mt. Pleasant High School, everyone grabbed a Michigan-grown apple and participated in the “crunch” together! It was a fun way to unite as a community and a great reminder of the benefits of eating fresh, local foods.
We showed our support for Michigan farmers and enjoyed the crunch! Thanks to all who shared their moments and tagged us with #MIAppleCrunch and #MtPleasantCrunch.

Attention Seniors and Senior Parents,
It’s time to order your senior cap & gown and graduation announcements. Herff Jones is our official school provider. Order should be placed online at www.miherffjones.com. A representative from Herff Jones will be here on Tuesday, Oct. 8 during the lunches for students to get measured for their varsity coat or class ring, and answer any questions on the stage in the cafeteria.
If you have questions about ordering, please do not call the office, contact their office at info@miherffjones.com.

We want to hear about your experiences with your child’s education that includes the areas of learning, school safety, interpersonal relationships, as well as your attitudes about the school environment and your personal involvement in school.
All your responses are completely anonymous. We have no way to connect you to your answers, and results will only be reported as group responses. As you respond to each item, think about your own personal experiences as a parent or caregiver at your child’s school.
If you have children that attend more than one building, please take a separate survey for each building that you have students in.
This survey should take approximately 10 minutes and should be completed by October 14th.
Thank you for your time and participation!
