High School Announcements

Monday, October 19th

  • Congrats Ervin Cudjoe and Anna Clare Miller for being the October Rotary students of the month!
  • Seniors: It’s Showcase and Advisor Door Decorating Time. Come and join us in Room 204: Today and Tomorrow (10/19 and 10/20) 5-7pm. Stay for a little bit or the entire time.  All the help we can get would be greatly appreciated. Social Distancing, Mask Wearing, and Sanitizing Procedures will be strictly enforced. Any questions please see any Class of 2021 Senate Member, Mrs. Carey, or Ms. Torres.
  • 3rd Hour Business Management is selling Oiler Pride stickers for $1.00. They can be purchased during both lunches or  in Wisch’s Room 605!!
  • Attention Seniors – if you’re planning to apply to CMU, please consider signing up for a virtual on-site admissions appointment for Wednesday, October 21st. A link for the sign up sheet is located on the MPHS Counseling office Google Classroom as well as on the Counseling web page. And don’t forget that you can waive the application fee – be sure to follow the posted instructions for fee waiver. Contact Mrs. Wilson with any questions.
  • Students interested in Business Professionals of America: please submit an application, we will follow up with choosing contests later. Team Tryouts are tomorrow and Thursday (10/20 & 10/22) during lunch. 
  • Please do not park on a painted parking spot. If you do you’ll be asked to move.
  • After school tutoring has started in the Media Center from 3-4 for any student every Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Driver Ed Segment 2 in November is open to students that have had their level one license for at least 90 days and have compiled 30 hours of driving, 2 of which must be night hours. Check your hours and the amount of days before you sign up to make sure you have enough. Contact Ms. Maxon or see Mrs. Davis with any questions.
